SSRC organizes a handful of group programs throughout the year:


Run Your First 5K Program:

An 8-week program, typically begins in April.

10K, Half Marathon, or Marathon Training Program:

An 8- to 10-week program, run by Coach Carmela Taveras, both Spring and Fall. Participants are given weekly training plans and meet one night per week for a group workout. Distance of training program varies by season.


Track Program:

8-week programs, one session held in the Spring and one beginning late Summer. These are run by Coach Carmela Taveras. The workouts are held at either the Tewksbury High School Track or the Wilmington High School track. Workouts vary each week.
